There needs to be more adjustment for part time as well. Most people don't realize it, but working part time only means under 40 hours (or in some cases under 32 hours) a week. That says NOTHING for the shift length on a single day. There are times where I have been scheduled to work over 9 hours on a single day. Only to have around 8 or 7 hours the next day. That is completely ridiculous.

Working part-time is not all it is cracked out to be. I will not be ashamed in saying "I still want a shorter 'work week' (which means the shift length on any given day.) I have a life. Thanks to working those huge loads on a single day, I am drained for weaks. The last thing I want to do is work that long and then come home to do a bunch of cleaning up and then to just go back to work and repeat it all over tomorrow. I want my free time.
